The 2019 Rita Levi-Montalcini Lecture will be followed by the 2nd joint McGill-Hebrew University of Jerusalem-EBRI Symposium entitled ‘Emerging concepts on synaptic dynamics and their dysfunction in neuronal disorders”. Researchers from the three institutes will meet to discuss the recent developments in the dynamics of synaptic transmission in physiology and pathology.

It is the second symposium in the framework of a collaboration agreement between the three institutes, which was signed last year in Montreal.

The event will be held on 28-29 October 2019 at the Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei in Rome.
